Lake Bluff, IL (Dec. 18, 2025) – Mariani Premier Group, a leader in the residential landscape industry, today announced the acquisition of Roots Landscape, a premier landscape firm headquartered in Wayne, Pennsylvania. This strategic partnership marks Mariani Premier Group’s first entry into the Pennsylvania market, further solidifying its growing presence in the Mid-Atlantic region. 

Founded in 2016 by Dan Burt, Roots Landscape has established itself as a leader in the Bucks County and Main Line Philadelphia markets. The company originated when Burt, who previously led the Terrain Landscape Services team, founded Roots as an independent entity. Today, Roots Landscape continues to serve as Terrain’s official preferred landscape firm while delivering high-end services to an exceptional residential client base.
